Default Where does this go?

Replaced air cleaner on my 2016 Street Bob and saw this wire just dangling there. Just wondering if it's supposed to just hang like that, looks a bit out of place but I don't have a manual to see what it is.

Just zip tie it to the back. A fellow the other day actually said it should be horizontal although I have no idea why. It's an attachment used on European bikes, don't remember exactly what but unused on ours.

It's something that's not used on Non-euro bikes. My a/c on my last low rider came with a stick on clip to hold it, which lasted about 2 days before falling off. I was going to re-stick it using real 3m automotive double stick tape, but never did. I just let it hang loose.

Wow. I also have this cable hanging and for the longest time I never knew what it was or if it was just me. I figure since the bike ran fine I would just forget about it. Now I know, glad I'm not the only one with that cable dangling around haha. Thanks all!

It's the active intake solenoid connector used on the European bikes, zip tie it up and forget about it
