Put some "Heat" (gas product) in the gas tank. Follow the direction on mixing and see it that doesn't cure the problem. Sounds like you got some bad gas. Also check the fuel filter.

Be cautious using "Heat" if it's the old formulas its got a fairly large amount of alcohol in it and you if you are using an ethanol blend you are are increasing the alcohol in the gas. Try siphoning gas from the lowest point in the tank. Water will settle at lowest points in fuel tanks.

Ok now I am getting a BCM code of b2121. Which is starter output open/bcm malfunction. And my brand new battery keeps dying.

Double down on chasing wires. Check for kinks/shorts/loose connections. Also check fuses. Any aftermarket electrical stuff--e.g. lights, speakers, gps?

Any unusual mechanical noises?

Did it get pressure washed?

I would put some Stabil marine formula in it.My last bike was spitting and sputtering out of the blue.Put Stabil marine in it,ran it and it never happened again.
