I wouldn't sweat it, unless your engine is max modded. As long as it flows enough for stage 1 upgrades, you are fine. You would never notice the difference, performance wise between that Brocks, K&N, etc.

I do like that waterproof filter, and I think I am going to go with it, and a Screamin' Eagle cover. I am ditching the K&N heavy breather.

It is nice being able to wash and not having to oil your filter.

Heavy Breather with a rain sock in a down pour sucks. Still sucks water... Added a second rain sock and it still sucked water. #rainsockssuck

And if you ask you can get the DK kit with a washable non oil type filter.
