Lollipop
has anyone done the lollipop in the header? My street bob is straight piped and I don't like having the cans on so I'm running off the headers. If this is the wrong place I apologize but I figured it belonged in under 50. Thanks.
I've got DK TTI's in my slip on stockers. Gutted the cats out and measured back a couple inches. Not bad so far, I thought my ECM would figured out some stuff, but will either spend the money for FP3 or grab their Xieds.
Oh yeah, lot's of folks. Whtwolf14 refers to DK Custom Products Thunder Torque Inserts;

DK has done all the work to make'm and they're a reasonable price.
I put'm in my V&H BigShots along with the V&H baffles to change the tone and add that's bit of back pressure that's needed.

You can make them for a couple of dollars in materials. I've done it and had good results.
Was gonna do it for my SEII's, then figured I'd see what the TTI's were like since they get a lot of good press. Plus they cost around $30 shipped, not pricey at all. Made of much heavier stock than I figured and are contoured, not flat.
They were well worth the money, love the sound and performance. My ThunderMax really likes how they make the motor run, too.
