Post up a link to your Thread. We could probably find it but we might accidently stumble onto some other bagger build about upgrading their stereo system!
I had a bagger. I thought it was the holy grail when I was buying it.
It was a sterile, non scary heavyweight that lacked the ability to do anything but ride comfortably for long trips
Dynas are a fun little hot rod from the factory. Throw a big motor in there and suspension set up then you'll be grining ear to ear every time you go for a ride
if a bike doesn't give a thrilling ride, then it's not a bike for me It needs to have a raw and un-refined element to it and a bagger is the polar opposite
baggers have there place. But not if you want a hot rod of a bike
you our sir a in a new breed of performance baggers That genre is just starting to take off, so it's not surprising that this forum has not caught up in the performance bagger world yet
suede
you finally made it to the big times your in the 120 club now
congrates!
Thanks, as you well know, it's a

Well you sly dog you! I was just sitting on a new '17 SG today, I think I'm gonna ride it Fri or Sat, just to <cough> see how the ride is on them now But I'm not getting rid of my SB now

I knew you couldn't keep that thing stick for long Target! Nice move going w/ 124. Knowing the numbers you got last time you're not going to disappoint w/ this build.
Maybe it's just the wrong audience? I swear everyone on HTT rides a bagger and they go nuts with their engines. I'm always jealous the baggers get all the attention from exhaust manufacturers when it comes to quieter performance.
Good luck with your build. And mchad did you win the lottery you just got that low rider.
well guys I sure miss the dyna forum, started another build going with a 124 this time on the new FLHXS. Had two hits seems like no one in the touring section is into performance and could give a rat a$$ about any serious motor upgrades. They sure aren't like you guys, that's the biggest thing I miss about this section ever one is into performance. what fun is a plain stock Harley !
Let me see if I have this right.
You went to a forum inundated with posts about "how to get texts from my iPhone to appear on my Infotainment screen?" and you're disappointed they don't want to talk about the visceral essence of a motorcycle?
<cough> I just bought a bagger... I hope you'll still talk to me Tin... (Keeping the S of course)
*thats not my ricer in the background. It's a shared parking garage!
Well, look at what you've done! I'm glad you're keeping your S, it's a sweet ride Since we all know you well and that you most likely started performance mods on your new bagger 87 seconds after you bought it you're clearly not going to be the typical bagger owner, so...

I suspect that it's because baggers have more space to hang bigger mufflers that they can get more "quiet performance" The newer (09 up) 2-1-2 give each cylinder twice the muffler volume of before. Going from a true duel on a bagger with a 2-2 to 2-1-2 with the same mufflers, quiets the exhaust and increases performance even tho the mufflers are the same.
