Default handle bar questions??

what is the real difference between the mini apes vs the high rise drag bar? say 12 inches..

I've looked through the pages but can't seem to find what I'm looking for...

I really want to know the handling difference. or is it a this or that..

well high rise drag bars will be stiffer and more narrow. apes usually have a lot of flex in them and are much wider. High rise drag bars wont have as much pull back either

Exactly, there will be very little differance between a high rise drag bar feel and high rise with the exception of the height. A mini ape or any ape will have anywhere from 6-12" pull back which will make the handling much more comfortable planting you in the seat better. The 10in mini's I replaced the stock bars with (Wild1s) have 11.5in pull back. It puts my hands right over the ignition switch. That's almost double that of the stock bars. The comfort diff is night and day. It plants me back in the seat and relaxes my wrist for longer rides. The high rise drags look real good on club style bikes and have a loyal following. I've never ridden with HRDs so I cant testify to the comfort level.
