Throttle by wire seem to have a slight miniscule delay. My '13 had it when it was new but seems to have worked it self out of it. Carb- adjust your cables.

Accel spark plug cables...yep, that'd mess up even the best flux capacitor. I'm an MSD guy...

Moco sometimes uses incorrectly spec'd spiral ramp fixatives. Try a good anaerobic polymer to correct, then inspect the system for correct electron flow.

We are sorry to inform you that the PWM cover is no longer supported at the dealer level. The aftermarket PWM covers have been linked to projectile vomiting and incontinence.
To avoid the hazards of using the aftermarket covers, I am afraid your only choice is the factory approved Shrieking Beagle Turbo Encapsulator, now improved as the PWM has been incorporated as a component level assembly, integral to the ecm that drives the encapsulator, this item is only warranted when installed by a certified Harley-Davidson dealer (please note an ECM reflash in the form of a suppository is required at time of service).
