Hello,
I am currently redoing my front suspension, breaking, and bars. Just about ordered everything. Having an issue finding black stock rake triple upper and lowers. Only finding uppers and trying to avoid powder coating. Anyone have any suggestions of locating a new set? Thanks

Street Bobs started using black clamps a couple of years ago. Check the link for 2014 models.

Since you are redoing the front end anyway, you may as well do Fat Bob trees. They come in Gloss Black, are standard wide-glide width, and have same rake as Street Bob. The wider width looks much better, imo.
Of course, you can probably just order late model Street Bob trees in gloss black that will likely cost the same money.
