Default Fat chizeled bars
So I'm gonna install harleys 12" chizeled bars and just want to make sure I need to order the 12" burley kit. Seems easy but I don't want a lot of slack in my cables. Anybody done this install and have pics of finished install.

If you have 12" bars and switching them out for 12" bars...no kit needed. Am I missing something?

No need for a cable kit for your street bob. As long as you have the standard mini apes setup.

same set up here , 2016 street bob with 12'' bars and no cable and wire change out required.

The stock bars are about 10".

Would love to put these bars on my 16 street bob too. But shops around my area want 400 bucks to change them out just for labor. Im decent with a wrench. But never changed out bars before. You guys that have done it do you need any special tools and how hard is it? Is it worth paying 400 for the install?
