I want to upgrade my exhaust to what Tin Cup Chalice has. Big shots. Like the look of them.
You'll really like them! I ran them on my '03 Wide Glide as well; the same as I've done with my '13, I removed the stock baffles and installed W158 TTI's. Much deeper tone without the bright overtones, increased exhaust scavenging, and they help reduce reversion of fresh air in to the pipes. Due to the BSS's full coverage heat shields you'll need to cut some notches in the heat shields so they'll slide past the TTI locknuts but it's a simple job and once the pipes and heat shields are installed the notches can't be seen.
The BSS's have a crossover and perform more like a 2 - 1 so with my '03 I ended up tweaking the carb using a #48 pilot jet, stock main, 2 1/8 turns out from light seat of the air/mixture screw, and 2 #4 brass shims on the needle. Ran great!
Like to grab a seat next, no pref on the manufacturer as of yet. Some type of repop fairning, LP bags, taller sissy bar for the misses, and suspension all aroun. Wheels too... all this won't be done this year though.
Almost all of my bike activity recently is thinking instead of doing.
Off the top of my head, thinking about:
-Exactly how to go about welding up the top of my tank.
-Exactly how/where to mount the motoscope display
-Exactly how much I need to cut off the touring hub to make it fit the Fat Bob forks
-Whether or not I want to spend the money on flush axles.
-Whether or not to have the new seat leather tooled, and if so, with what.
-Exactly how wide of a 16" aluminum Excel rim I can cram between the forks and over the calipers.
-Who I'm gonna have strip & PC the bars.
-Which grips I want
-Which mirrors (leaning heavily toward JM cones or schooners)
-If I want to retain the stock switch housings or go to something sleeker...like Motogadget microswitches
-Which pegs and brake pedal cover
-Exactly what I want to do about the shift linkage
-buying a FLIR ONE...just because it would be cool (or borrowing the FLIR from work)
-Build or Buy a portable EGO/O2 wideband system for tuning
-cables...boy-o-boy...so many choices...
-rotors...stick with Fat Bob stock or pay $$$ for something pretty...
-continue to tweak the chain sprocket offsets to get that 200 to fit or leave it alone?
-rear shocks...need to get a hold of Messner and discuss...wondering about lowering blocks (or relocated swingarm mounts) and 13"+ shocks to gain piston stroke and maintain stock ride height.
-invest in cartridges up front or call it good?
-paint and trim for the tank
-spend the $$ for motogadget m.unit and m.lock?
-which pipe wrap to get...leaning toward DEI EXO wrap...possibly painted black...or not...
etc.
etc.

Just got done upgrading the 110 so next up is a passenger setup. Looking at a bmc widowmaker. By the time of my wedding in may I want to get that done and swap out the rear fender to a full dyna, and change out bar and riser combo. I'm sure there's plenty of other stuff I want to do
My first, original, unrealized, plan was to use 60 spoke wheels. I even bought some used hubs. Then I found a smokin' hot deal on a 40 spoke Excel Aluminum rim. The $300 savings (on one rim) pushed me to 40 spokes. I really prefer the look of 60s, but the 40s are lighter and cheaper. I can deal with that.
