Looks like you better get busy on those 2" tank lifts jackyl. There's alot of guys asking me about mine & I told them about you & the website. Even met a guy today at Rocky Mount HD & he had an 06 Street Bob & wants one now. Told him the price & he said you couldn't beat that with a stick. Just trying to send some business your way. Now, I'll send you a bill in the mail for advertisement fees........lmao j/k Keep up the great work & a quality product. Wish there were more like you.

Hey wideglidebob. I have read a few threads with you knocking Jackyl's products. If you don't like them, don't buy them. I have his 2" lift and love the way it looks and the noticeable difference in heat I feel coming from the engine. Whatever your intentions are, simply state them and be done with it. I have no problem letting others outside of the forum know about great deals that I get anywhere. This includes Jackyl's products. Once he finishes the windshield mounted radio, I will probably get that too. It seems that only people that lack ingenuity and imagination knock those that fabricate great, useful products. Let it go, man.

Question about that radio thingamabob, Are you just selling the case so that we can purchase our own stereos and speakers (preferred)? Or is it the whole thing, speakers and all?

Good point Low, but I can see this thread getting interesting. And WG Bob, what's the matter with someone letting others know about someone with a quality product? Especially one that looks as good as the tank lift?

[sm=popcorn.gif] I know I'm going to keep checking back.

It doesn't matter what you own but if someone ask you about what you have & where you got from, wouldn't that be like an advertisement no matter what it is. Products get known by word of mouth if you ask me. I was just telling Jackyl that he better get busy making some. You know how it is. You get something new & show it to your friend. He likes it & gets one & then tells his other friends & so on.......& so on.......... I haven't seen him fishing for any business. Told the guy that I got mine off Ebay but he didn't know about this forum & told him to check it out. Also he should join & become a member because this place offers so much for all the riders. Isn't that what it's all about? Everyone having the same thing in common & that's the love of the ride & being on 2 wheels with the wind in your hair.

THANK YOU GUYS!!!! for having my back,on my products. i have been seeing this latly from mole's like wideglidebob, iam not saying wideglidebob is a mole or anything. but all i can figure out is, that he is a competetor that is pissed at me or knows the competetor that is pissed at me. now they are sending there linchmen at after me to bash my products and try and give my products a bad name. they are just mad because they charge 50.00 to 60.00 a tanklift and i charge only $25.00 for mine to forum members. the reason i think they are sending there moles out. is for this reason, i sell my tanklift kits on ebay to. and a few of my customers have said they recieved emails, telling them my lifts are junk and they should try ******* tanklift kit( i wont say the companies name, but you know who you are). evenwith the email sent to them, they stilldecided to still buy my products, because my feedback is 100% feeback out of 320 feedbacks left.my customersemailed me back stating they couldnt have been happier with my service.since i have releasedmy tanklift kitsto ebay, i noticed some competetors have tried tolowered there prices a little $45.00 to compeat with me , but they are back to $60.00 again, they just could'nt hang . all i have ever tried to do is, to sell a affordable priced product, i try to help anyone out the best i can(even install the kits free, if they pick them up), iam not out to get rich or anything here, if that was the case i would charge $60.00 like my dumbass competetors do. so if it has gotten down to sending thier moles after me to bash me, then so be it. ill let my products do my talking for me and not waste my time with peps like wideglidebob. i guess they have thier own opionions to, even if they are haters, that never bought my products. thanks again guys & gals. jackyl

Interesting thought, Bob. I look at it this way. If Jackyl is all over a dozen boards and is half as successful on those as he is on HDF, then it says a lot for his ability to consistently deliver a quality product and great customer service before and after the sale.

I could be wrong, but I don't recall seeing him fishing for business. He responds to people's comments as do we all.
