any issues with the TPMS sensor damaging the rubber valve stems?
Yes change out to a metal valve stem. I had a customer ride from Tx to VA about 200 miles to VA his rear rubber valve stem ripped letting all the air out the tire so in VA Beach he had the stem replaced with a rubber stem and then on the way home about 200 miles from his house boom the new valve stem ripped and another tow truck later we installed metal valve stems.
The FOBO TPMS sensors are very accurate and will read it the pressure is just a 1 pound off so on race tires it will work great FYI
After hearing reviews from users, Im inclined to postpone my consideration until they work the bugs out of this obviously new tech....thanks for helping me come to that conclusion...love this forum.
