I'm about to order some 430s for the rear and from what I read, it looks like I should get the standard rate. I also want to order fork springs but I'm not sure what rate I should get on the forks springs. I ride it hard, I'm about 200lbs,and normally solo. Every now and then I'll ride with my 7yr old son. Any suggestions on what spring rate I should get on the front and rear?

If I may, before you order anything, give Howard at Motorcycle Metal a call. I was considering progressive shocks. I reached out in the forum like you are and someone gave me the same advice I am giving to you. Ended up buying Ohlins shocks instead. Best move I could have made.
i ended up ordering a set up rear shocks from DK customs instead. i got the bitubo shocks. they were running a special on them, ended up being like 525 shipped. i looked at the ohlins but most of theirs are quite a bit more than i wanted to spend, but they sure did look nice..ill start with the rears for now and upgrade the fork springs some time this summer.
My custom valved and sprung Ohlins were $650, shipped, from Howard. Would have been almost 5% cheaper if I had paid with EBT instead of credit card. Bit of a lead time, tho....custom and all...
just put the bitubos on...too bad it raining so i have to idea how they feel... it sits a little higher now. im gonna test it out and adjust the height if needed.

They look great. I can't wait to hear what you think. I'm thinking of new rears as well and was wondering how DK's are.
11" on the rear ends up being a bit stiff no matter the spring rate due to the limitation of travel once compressed with weight. That and you end up having to lower the front as well to maintain your rake and replacing the kickstand. I've used them and not only is it stiff but you bottom out easily and you lose lean for corners. Maybe look in to monotubes for the front.
