Default Help identifying Parts

I have a used 2009 Street Bob that has a couple of extended bolts/brackets that I believe may have been used for some saddle bags. I've searched around and can't seem to find anything to confirm and also, my taillights have not been relocated like most Street Bob with bags. I've added a couple of picture where you can see them at the top of the spring and then one about 10" back. Appreciate the input.

Michael

They're just longer bolts with spacers to use as tie down points l'd say.

If you had another set on the rear closer to the signal bar I'd guess mounting points for a detachable sissy bar or back rest. The shock mountings look like longer spacers.

+1 on home made tie down area, or possibly a saddlebag mount for bags with the rear shock cut away area, so they can be mounted to rear shock and struts.
