Installed a leather swingarm bag and bracket package from Legendary Cycles, formerly known as Dead Creek Cycles of Belvidere, NJ. I bought the heavy duty Bobber Style bag which is made of very thick leather. The bag is installed using a unique system. They sandwich the back of the bag between two nicely powder coated pices of steel using three nuts, bolts and washers. Then the bag is bolted to the belt guard and the bottom shock bolt which is very solid. I'm going to try different spacers to bring the bag in closer to the bike.

I have the same set up as A. *****-just mounted at a little different angle. He's right, the leather is top notch and the mounting system keeps the bag away from the paint. I've got one on my super glide and installed one on my wifes sportster.

I got the Bad&G left and right side, left side I got off Fleabay used, it is 1 inch wider, and a cool bag for sticking in bits and bobs for short rides, the right side one I bought new and 1 inch less wide than left hand side, my mistake, but when new they are pretty solid, the used one looks just cool and I have no problems with either of them, good quality build.

Got the badG left side standard for dyna, good quality, the straps do stretch a bit and rub strut covers, so far kept it off fender paint work

They not big, great for spare gloves, camera, tablets, water bottle , some tools etc

I have a small battery bag, and I find it super useful... But I really hate having stuff in my pockets when I ride. I always keep a spare set of contact lenses in it, lens drops, I tiny bottle of Plexus and a small cotton cloth for emergency visor-bug-incident cleaning... And when I ride I put my wallet, cash, house keys and cell phone in it... On longer trips I sometimes keep some a couple of energy bars in there too... It actually holds a fair amount of small stuff.
