A little hard to follow due to the language barrier, but doesn't the 117 kit come with a heavier clutch spring? Was that installed?
...sorry but the technical language isn't easy.......
In the 117 kit there is a "heavy duty clutch spring" but - with these results - i thing it doesn't work right.
But no one has the same problem ?
My favorite performance HD dealer here sold 120R Road Glides with shop warranty to select customers. His builds use SE clutch spring and proper clutch setup. These are 900lb bikes, usually with some big riders and passengers. I had a 111HP/117FT LB 103 FXDXT for years with only the SE spring; again, proper clutch setup. My buddy had an Independant shop build a 124 for his Road King; another heavy bike, and the aftermarket clutch slipped in that...improper setup. Make sure you have the SE spring; I think there's an extra plate in the kit now, too. Make sure the clutch is set up according to factory procedure...there is no shortcut or other way to setup properly.
Yeah, you're right!! i've now controlled on the SE advertisement and only the "race Kit" include a heavy clutch spring ...............
The different between the "race kit" and the "Street Performance Kit" is the.....heavy clutch spring.
Shameful.

I'm sorta right. I amend my post. "MY" H-D bolt-on 117 kit does not include a clutch spring. ;-)
