Default MX peg - shoe killer

Just wondering if any of yalls are running mx style peg.

I'm interested in the flo motor sports type peg, but am worried the spikes are going to destroy my soles.

Also, are these prone to hitting your leg when at a light?

They sure are pretty

I wouldn't worry about either concern. For me, they keep the foot planted without any damage to soles that I've ever noticed. While they are more jagged than many others, they are also shorter than many others. That's a plus when cornering too. I scraped the stock pegs on my LRS constantly and my bung king grabbers eliminated most of that. I've never had a problem with them hurting me when I put my legs down, even with just ankle high boots on. I can't remember if they take getting used to. I rode with similar pegs on my klr650 for 15 years before getting the LRS.

Running em. Zero issues here with any of your concerns. I do run alpinestar riding shoes though, but doubt theres a big deal with soles.
