I am currently doing something similar to you only I'm I stalling the s&s 583 cams to my 103 . I called my local dealer and they said they would put a base map on my bike for 70 dollars which is to me very cost effective and once that's do e I can do the auto tune using there base map . Hopefully this will help you . Oh and you shouldn't really do a dyno tune for atleast 1000 mile for the time you put the cams in . The dealer recommended that after the the quick base map to wait till its all broke in good luck

I have to disagree with that advice- I wouldn't want to ride an out of tune bike for 10 miles, much less a thousand miles. I take the bike to the dyno immediately after a build, verifying/adjusting AFR during heat cycles, while listening for issues & looking for leaks. Been doing it that way since late 90s.
