I wanted to share this with you guys. I have a Dynojet Power Vision and used it on the Road King after a Stage 1. I called them up to see if I couldn't just buy a license for the new bike (nothing stays on the bike) instead of dropping $500 tuning kit and they said.....
Since the motorcycle was totaled we will send you another license for free!! Got it today. They have won a loyal customer.
Nice scoot. I like the Fatbob - was planning to buy one but the new Low Rider felt more comfortable for me so went that route. I still really like the looks of the FB though.
Just back from about 100 miles this AM. The RK was a longer wheelbase and on the same roads the FB transmitted more bumps & road feel back to me. I don't see this as a negative. The FB is much more quick to turn and feels like it has more power since it weighs less. I guess long story short the FB is more fun than the RK. If you were wanting to ride from the east coast to Alaska the RK may be better suited, but I have another bike for that sort of ride and wanted a bit of a brawler. I'm REALLY liking the FB.
