Same frame, yes, but a Fatbob is a Dyna that came out in 2007. It has external shocks mounted on each side. The frame pics you posted are not from a Dyna, unless it all changed for 2018.

We'll know more tomorrow, but I think the frame/swingarms will be the same across the models. When the Parts list for the 2018 Softails was active, I saw 3 frames, but I think the only difference was paint: Primer, Black, Denim Black. I bet any difference you perceive in those pictures is photo angle, tree angle, and swingarm preload.
