people hate change... but, we have to put butts on seats rather than flip out.

how could we possibly not like the bike if we haven't ridden it? Most of them a fugly but, quite a few are dope. Lets try before we judge

No. There's too many on the used market.

I like most Dyna models I like most Softtail models...each frame has it's own different pros and cons just as each model has its own pros and cons based mostly on our own individual personal perspective and or experience.

I like that my 2001 FXD is a lot like my first Harley, a 71 FX. I like that unlike that old "troublehead" my 2001 twinkie is a reliable ride and I have racked up a lot of miles on it. But, I could go for a nice comfy Heritage for longer rides...

Only softail I ever really liked was the Night Train. My dealer told me in June when I bought my SGS that the Wide Glide was being discontinued, they didn't say anything about the whole Dyna line. Though they probably didn't know that. I let them look at my Wide Glide while is was getting serviced but never truly entertained trading it in. Just kept it and have two bikes. I do really like my SGS, getting ready to do the 5K on it, after just getting it mid June or so, but if I do word association when I hear Harley, a Wide Glide is what comes to mind.

Back when engines were built on Pilgrim Rd. near Milwaukee, we parked on the concrete by the doors with the other Harleys. When we came out there were a few people crowding my bike, 02 Dyna SuperGlide, one just said we can see how big the engine is in the bike. The touring bikes hide the motors. That old motor does tend to stick out to be seen.

Yeah I am glad I bought the 2017 Street Bob Dyna. Not impressed with the M8. I would go back to Yamaha before buying a 2018 Street Bob. From video's have have watched the M8 doesn't even sound like a Harley.
