Looking for a 2 up seat, I've only ever had stock Harley seats really and I want something that is in-between a sundowner and a badlander so that it doesn't sacrifice all the looks for comfort and vice versa.
While this seat is a stock Harley seat, I found it to be an improvement over my stock Street Bob seat. I like the way it looks. It keeps a low profile like the badlander seat, but it has more cushion (not nearly as much as the sundowner though). If you aren't doing much touring, I think this is a good seat for day-to-day commuting. Its the two-up stock seat off of a 09 Superglide Custom. I have ran one on the past 2 Street Bobs and still love it.

Have a look at Le Pera, www.lepera.com. They have a great variety of seats 2 up and more. I've been riding on a Le Pera seat for almost 7 years, great looking and comfortable.
What lepera seats have you had? I have been looking at three of them, the Cherokee, the Daytona and the maverick, just a bit hesitant with the price of some of them. I don't mind spending the money if I know they will be comfortable enough for the mrs..
Get a gel foam seat. You'll thank me later. Many custom seat brands have this option now when you build your own seats. You and your passenger will not regret it.
I have the Silhouette and that's been for the last 7 years. Not a full on 2 up seat, but I don't take passengers very often. This seat works for me, but I did look at getting the Daytona for 2 up riding.
Best bet is trying a few seats out. Revzilla.com offers a no questions asked exchange/refund policy and had a good inventory of seats. What one guy may think is the most comfortable seat in the world may feel like a bed of nails to you.
Dealers also offer seat trials, where you can take a demo seat and ride on it. Even for a couple of days. Unfortunately that's limited to HD seats. Not that there's anything wrong with that...
I have a Mustang Vintage Touring seat coming tomorrow in hopes of finding something that works for me, so I can get rid of the dead bear slung over my bike...
