Riding to work today I noticed my leg was soaked and a liquid was streaming all up the left side of my tank. Thought it was from my oil filter as I just changed it a couple weeks ago. But then I realized the leaking was too high.
When I stopped the bike I saw it was all the red fluid coming out of my left fork.
I plan on doing the fix myself but this begs the question; do I just replace the seals or do I upgrade the internals at the same time?
I've had Progressive 444's on the rear pretty much since Ive had the bike new but never did anything to the front end.

What are some recommendations?
rebuild them if you want. if you didn't have a problem with the dive or performance. leave it at that... but,

Im with you on always upgrading if I can while Im in some place on the bike. So in that vain...what do you recommend...progressive to match the rear? Ricor? Works?
No way, Id tear into em and put them back together without a spring or cartridge upgrade. Youre right there in them. BUT, I couldnt stand the dive at even front braking with the stock setup....

Ended up ordering progressive springs to throw in there while I have it all apart.
