Lost a bolt on the battery box on my 2005 Dyna Low Rider and the positive terminal touched the frame and killed all power . Where should I look first fuse box ?
I don't have a wiring diagram for an '05 in front of me but you might have blown the main fuse. Look for a 40A fuse probably located in the fuse block...
The positive terminal grounding will not blow any of your fuses.
The current will flow through the negative (ground) side, so as said above check both sides of the negative. If the engine was running, you could have fried your regulator also.
Did it take the battery out?

Yes it took the battery out was brand new too ! I just bought the bike and previous owner had just installed it . He gave me the reciept so I took it back and they gave me a new one . Also it seems like the battery is to tall I double checked the size and it's right called the Harley shop to verify it .

But you said you already replaced the battery and it still didn't work?!?
