You can't safely run a 160 tire on the older rims, they are too narrow. I did the same swap on my '09 (wheels off an 05) and ended up putting a 150 out back. You're also going to need bigger (longer) axle spacers on the front and your caliper won't be centered (this will need to be spaced out aswell).
Yeah, think I have to go with the 150 rear as well. I didn’t knew about the front spacer. Got info on that the rear and front spacers I can reuse. I run single disc and Tokiko calipers in front with bracket from speed merchants.
