I've looked around for after market wheels in 16' 17' and its very limited rim selection close to none for dual disk with abs

wide glide/fat bob/touring width frontend. ODC has a wide inverted front end. on the cheaper side of things, just swap the front end to a fat bob front end. it's a straight swap.

not true. you'll just need to open that wallet wide. custom builders are there for you. smaller outfits have all kinds of wheels, but you are looking for a 3.0-3.5 width rim. spoked wheels would be easy but, that will detract from performance.
