Traded my 48 for the S model. Some days I miss the Sportster, then I remember I have another cylinder's worth of displacement and the throttle reminds me of such.

I did the same thing. The wife had on me about going to a bigger
bike. Should have done this sooner

Great choice. I traded in my Sportster for a 2014 Low Rider in November. No regrets.

Yup, hard to beat a Dyna Lowrider. Awesome color too.
OP- since you're looking at backrests, I might suggest the NON detachable backrest as the detachable vibrates and makes noise at certain rpm's.
Also, if you don't care about how they look, the "tallboy" seat is quite comfy.
Watch your wheel bearings.
Watch your shifter bolt
Watch your seat mount screw.
These come loose with riding.
