So I have an 08 Street Bob...with the factory mini apes and risers....does anyone know what size bars would match the height if I wanted actual apes with a low riser...sorry if this sounds comfuscon

Stock 08 Street Bob has 2" risers and a 10" rise in the bars. Overall rise of 12" and I've heard you can get up to 14" of rise with the stock cables from those but pullback, width, and the angle of the bars can have an affect on that.

 

Adding, I'm not sure I know what you mean by actual apes. Some call handlebars with between 6 and 12 inches of rise mini-apes, but it is only terminology. As stated in your other thread that is the same as this one, the risers are built in to the top triple tree on your ride, but you could install some 12" apes without having to replace wiring and cables, but handlebars will be 2" higher.
