I was getting vibration through my bars, and alot of vibration through my pegs as I was slowing to a stop with the rear brake. I checked all bolts and they were tight. After inspecting it and not finding anything I laid down under the bike and had my wife rev it, and I could see the front mount rocking with the engine revs.

If you're in doubt about excess vibration MAKE the service guys physically look at it/check it out. Don't let them shrug you off with the "all Dynas vibrate" BS. Sure they vibrate at idle but should smooth out just fine if motor mount is O.K.
I took my 06 Bob in two days ago and told the guy at the service counter that my motor mount was bad. He refused to even get on his knees and look and argued with me that it was only "a lot of talk" about bad motor mounts on 06's and 07 Dynas. So I went back and got the service manager and insisted he look for himself. Sure enough he agreed it was bad. Unfortunately they didn't have any in stock so there it sits.
