Are there any stiffness charts available for stock Dyna shocks or are they all rated about the same? I'm looking to replace my 2000 FXWG stock shocks with some newer Street bob take offs advertised on this forum.

I know nothing about stiffness ratings or even if there is such a thing. Your bike probably weighs about the same as the SB. If the eye to eye length is the same it should work. You can even go up or down 1/2", but a shorter shock will not ride as well and could contact the fender and possibly scrape parts in cornering.

I would be quite suprised if they are ant better. I doubt much has changed from 2000 to a newer street bob shock. crap vs crap.
