i know i've read alot about peeps setting up to have the sigs run like the fronts do and light up like the brake light for more viz, but i want to ditch the tail light all together and have the rear sigs do the brake light and turns. is this done the same way and you just zip tie and tuck the tail light harness up under the fender. or is there more to it?? what kind of load equlizer will i need or do i even need one, and is the kury tail light setup the best route?? im thinkin of croppin the rear fender so theres no worries on the big holes the tail light leaves. just look for a little direction from some of you who have done this mod to get rid of that siren they (HD) calls a tail light and clean up the rear a bit. i like booties on my women not my bikes!!! thanks fellas

 

Of course Harley makes a kit for this to the tune of a hundred something dollars called tail light turn signal kit or some such.I only know this because my bike came with one.Those giant turn signals should be plenty enough tail light.
