if you are anywhere near the cost and likely to encounter salt spray, best go with chrome or powder coat. Aluminum pits and discolors very quickly when exposed to any salt.

Had them both over the years and chrome is my choice hands down. Also some of the better spray on wheel cleaners are harsh and can only be used
on chrome wheels.

ride-on inserted, and first coating of beeswax applied

Those look Nice ... What Rim Width / Tire Size did you end up with in the Front?

Might be the Pic, but those Fork tubes appear to be longer than Stock ... ?

Good point, should have done that. Not, other than a physical lift comparison, where my son and i felt they were lighter than stock

Went with the largest, as per the custom wheel table guide that does the rounds, and also the 'Lazarus' thread, which is a bit of a bible to me.
21 x 3.5 with 120/70-21 night dragon tire

I have now an ABS issue though, as the front tire outside diameter is increased, the ABS ECM is throwing a wobbly, and wont brake an initial lever application. i will put that issue up on its own thread.

Aye, the photo distorts the geometry a bit. They are 2 inch longer than stock. Imported them from Custom Cycle Engineering

I have a bung king, but have not put it on, as i like the aggressive lean. However, now i have rear shocks 15 mm longer than stock, 2 inch fork extensions, and a larger front tire diameter, so it maybe prudent to do so.
