Custom front end with Hawg halters wide glide kit for the front wheel.
Stock brake caliper, rotor and master cyl. Running Lydalls gold pads

Problem I am having is my brake lever is squishy. I have rebuilt the caliper with new seals and pistons, rebuilt the master cyl with all new parts, flush the brake line a few times and have bleed them about 24 times now.. Sometimes the lever will get hard, but if it sits then its squishy again.

What i mean by squishy is that sometimes it will pull almost to the bar. Next time it only pulls 1/2 way to the bar. Its very inconsistent in the amount that the lever moves. Yesterday I thought I had it fixed. After bleeding again, the lever was nice and firm, moved about 1/2 inch towards the bar. Went out for a ride and about 5 mins in, lever 3/4 pull to the bar....

There are no visible leaks, but it must be getting air into it somehow??? Somehow air must be getting in, but no fluid is leaking out?

Anyone encounter this type of problem? All that is left is the brake line itself....kind of at my wits end with this one...
