Hi Guys
Im new to this Harley stuff.
Bought an 05 Dyna Low Rider.Put a tear tire on. Pulled a piece of gravel out of the belt
and maybe shouldnt have folded the belt backwards and used a knife to dig the rock out cause the belt broke 3 miles later. Lots of work to replace a belt inner, outter primary covers come off. Clutch pack. Compensator
new gaskets fluid. Was a All day job.
Now the Question.
The Bike has the security system on it.
2 keys fobs lights flash when activated.
i want to put a siren on it, probably the radio shack piezo one but I can Not find the plug
where the factory siren would
plug in. Have looked at tons of videos of where it it. Under the seat, by the fuse box
pulled wires out of the way to see if its hid under something and cant find it. Looks like
an easy job if I could find the plug. Nope i
dont have a service/shop manual but ordered a clymer manual. Shop manuals are $175 up here.
Anyways does anyone with a 2005 Dyna LR
that knows where this mystery plug is hidden?
Thanks Guys

I don't have any first hand experience with your bike, but perhaps this will help. #58 on the diagram is a dust cap that covers the siren socket. Look for that dust cap.
Ive had the seat off 10 times the last day looking for the mystery plug. Pulled the ECM
out today. Can see where the Harley Siren
would snap in, figure the plug should be close by but Nope. Could be behind the square rubber cap inside the rear fender
but no way to reach that with the tire on
and it appears the rear shocks go through
the chrome piece the signals bolt to if ya
tryed to take the fender off and a bolt holding
the fender on down low in front of the tire.
still stumped
