Default Wheel and axle question

I'm in the process of building my 2007 superglide into a Frankenstein of sorts. If swapped the mid glide trees out for fat bob l and have aquired a set of 2004 fatBOY wheels that i am attempting to fit. Here lies my problem. 04 wheels are 3/4 axle bearings whilst the axles on my SG are 1 inch. I am looking for a source for the inner bearing sleeve that will work for the wheels. Does anyone know the part number for Harleys 1,inch sleeve or know a manufacture selling them. Local dealership is worthless and has no idea what I'm trying to do.

I have done a bit of Frankenstein wheel swaps in the past and have learned some lessons the hard way. There are basically three types of front hubs that H-D uses. Narrow (used by mid-glides), wide (used by wide glides and electra-glides) and FL Softail. The Fat Bob front end will accept either 1 inch or 25mm axles and any modern wide hub, even the brakes will line up. An FL Softail front hub is off on it's own and will only work on FL Softail front ends. I am talking bolt on applications.

I have used both Fat Bob and FL Softail front ends on my Street Bob/Duo Glide build and made all the mistakes along the way.
