Just checked the manual.... 30 front, 40 rear. Time to let some air out of my front tire.

My manual for my 2010 Wide Glide says 40 rear, 30 front. That's what I've been running. So far so good.

Judging by most of the riders around my area, it's somewhere between 5-10.

Manual for my 05 Says 30 F 36 R .. Found with the Pirelli Night Dragons 36 F 40 R is the sweet spot and Better Mileage as well ..

Which to go by. Manual or what's on the tire. My tire says rear 41 lbs and the front says 42 lbs, So I'm starting at rear 38 front 40 lbs. Yesterday Road a little over 400 Mls with no complaints. Mostly high way Mls

Never go by what is on the tire. These numbers are typically maximum values. Also keep in mind most tires are generic, meaning they work on a multitude of bikes. You should be going by the manual.

That said, I do run mine 2psi higher than the manual. This is what felt good to me so this is what I run.

The tires on my Miata (2100 pounds, or about 525 pounds load per tire) have a max rated pressure of 51 psi, which gives a max load of 1135 pounds per tire.

I run them at 25-30.
