Sounds like a good deal. My 07 Dyna has over 98,000 miles on it, so don't worry about the mileage. Swap a newer engine? Hell no. Just keep what ya got and maintain it. When it get's tired, a simple bolt on big bore kit will give ya some more life and excitement. I know, just did a 105 Kit.
Sounds like a good deal. If no one has touched the jugs then do a big bore to 103" or 107" to freshen up the top end and have the heads cleaned. Will run like new. No need to replace the engine.

I'd open the cam chest a look at the cam chain shoes, thes are the hydraulic shoes and seem to wear more slowly, peace of mind item. Just upgrade/replace the wear items at your leisure.
