All stock, but running rich. Tuner or new ECM? Cost is about the same.

You have own only stock EFI Harley that runs RICH

What are the symptoms? Spark plug color?

Well at least it's not humming at ya. That's no real information to go on. Running rich? A stock Harley? Ahh, the EPA makes it MANDATORY for ALL vehicles to run LEAN. Before you jump on the computer and start whining like a little bitch, do some simple diagnostics. Remove the spark plugs and look at the color of the plugs. Post a picture to be seen here for your "helpers." Someone will tell you it's rich or lean and give you a direction to go. From all of you rather humorous past post, showing a complete lack of knowledge about Harley's, why don't you just get a Honda?
