Default Fitment question regarding JD Customs fairing and Krause sport triple trees

So Im debating on going two different routes. Right now I have a 49mm front end with racetech gold emulators, racetech high rate springs, powder coated black triple trees, powder coated black left lower for leg, black low rider s for leg (for dual brakes), krause axial to radial brake caliper mounting kit, dual 11.8 PM Hooligan rotors, dual Brembo .484 108mm radial brake calipers, 11/16th master cylinder and magnum shielding black pearl dual brake lines to match the other cables. I just installed a set of 13.5 ODC piggy back rear shocks to replace my racetech rear shocks that were sold here on the forum.

I am debating to go one of 2 ways. Keep my front 49mm fork legs, but replace the racetech gold emulators and racetech high rate springs with a 25mm GP suspension cartridge kit and swap out my 49mm triple trees with a set of krause 49mm sport performance triple trees https://www.krausmotorco.com/collect...mm-triple-tree

Or sell my entire front end along with the 2 krause axial to radial brake caliper mounting brackets and a brand new oem harley 11/16ht master cylinder and replace the front end with the ODC Monza inverted front end.

My question this. Does anyone know if the JD customs FXDXT fairing with its mounting kit would work with the 49mm Krause sports triple trees without having to buy the krause t sport mounting bracket adapter kit or just mounting kit?

I would give Kraus a call. Their staff is very helpful and can get you dialed in.

Saying that, I believe the kit for mounting the fairing they sell is for their inverted front end. Their triple trees mount the tubes the same distance apart, so if the JD kit mounts to the tubes, you should be good to go.

As I was looking at the lower Krause triple tree I dont think there will be a problem there. Its the top JD customs bracket I was a little concerned about because that bracket mounts flush to straight triple trees whereas the Krause triple trees are curved. But as I looked at the top jd customs bracket I saw that the part that mount under the top triple tree to where the riser bolts mount are actually long. So it may reach under the riser bolts. Here is a link to the top bracket on JD customs website. https://jdcustomsandfabrications.big...er-bracket-top

Also my bracket is slid all the way back too so it could be pushed out even farther

I believe Hell Hound's bike is a 2014 Low Rider, which has a 1.28" triple tree fork offset. The Kraus trees have a 2.6" fork off-set, so judging by the picture, the bolt is going to right at the edge of working/not working with that bracket. I would check with a local sheet metal shop to make a new extended bracket. I can't see it costing more than a buck fifty to have a new top and bottom bracket made if you give them the JD bracket as a template.

I know Kraus stuff is expensive, but it is nice.
