Help! 2012 FXDC new battery no start!

I have a 2012 FXDC that i had to put a new battery in as the old one was original and crapped out on me this spring. So i remove the old battery, install the new battery, and now i have a weird problem. When i hit the starter button, i here the fuel pump running, but no starter click and no turnover. All connections are tight. Battery load tests fine, and there are no blown fuses that i can see. There were three fuses under the left side panel. What do i do next????

Put the run switch into the run position.
Put transmission in neutral.
Pull in clutch.
Try to start the bike.

Correct cables to correct battery terminals? Check the connections at the ground post on the frame. Check condition of cables at their lugs. the battery change seems to be the cause of the problems. Review your steps.
