Default Security lock out 2003 wideglide

Hi
Sorry if this is a repeat of an old problem but looking at what has been written in the past my issue with security lock out seems different I can’t access the PIN and didn’t get an owners manual
Having read a great number of posts with similar issues to mine I am now getting desperate and trying to avoid a costly trip to the dealership. I have a 2003 Anniversary Wide Glide A few weeks ago I managed to do my back in and have been in hospital and up till now immobile. Popped up to check on the bike and it wouldn’t start due to flat battery I noticed the trickle charger was damaged.i sorted the charger but battery wouldn’t charge so installed a new one. Connected up still nothing except flashing turn signals and the lights on. Changed batteries in fob (the right way up) Been on forums past and present and you tube researched similar problems and solutions have tried all these out with no success. I didn’t get a pin with the bike so did the on off on off on and turn signal sequences and also using the fob to check if there is a code but nothing happens it just shows the mileage . The red key LED flashes all the time . Getting really frustrated I am sure it’s something simple as all was fine the last time I rode it I would be greatful for any advice before having to take out a mortgage to pay a dealership. Tadly

You might be able to find someone at the dealer who is sympathetic to your plight and quote you a good price. They aren't all crooks. Best of luck sorting it out yourself tho, post results if you get it figured out.

Yes I have had no joy in trying to find a solution myself so it looks like a specialist is the only option.
have always tried to fix stuff myself where I can but this has me stumped.
i agree not all dealers are crooks and have to make a living and have worked hard to maintain their business’s but sometimes prices can be extortionate but suppose that’s the price you pay for owning these beautiful machines
thanks any way
