Default Short shocks

I have 10.5 " shocks on both my Sporty and my SG so my feet are flat footed. I'm 5'2" and love the look also. However I would love to have a more comfortable ride . Now I don't believe it's possible to have short shocks and a comfortable ride. With new technology I was wondering if any manufacturer has changed that. I could go no bigger than 11" shocks but I don't think 1/2 " is going to make any difference.

I think your right not much change, but a 1/2" would make your girl friend happy.

What about putting an "air ride" on the rear? I know its big money, but some are available to drop the rear down to 9.5"....might work for you.

I know they have adjustable air shocks you can put them down when your coming to a stop and up while ridding.

What if I get 12" shocks and a 1" lower block. That will give me 1 1/2 " more and I'd be at 11"

Default Ohlins from Howard

I can give you Ohlins shocks that sit at 11", have 3 1/4" or 83mm of stroke & you can call on price. I can install & it would 1 1/4 ~ 1 1/2 hours away in Davie. If you do not like them than we take them off after you ride them. I do not use or recommend lowering blocks.

Pretty happy with my 11” pro action shocks.

They are lower but have longer travel (I’d guess 2-3 times the travel of my 11.5” progressive 444s)

made to your weight and riding style too.

Tileman, you ain't going to find a more comfortable ride than with a set of Ohlins made for you by Howard.
