Question Front rotor spacer.

So I bought a new to me 2009 FXD and I noticed that the front wheel (which is a fat spoke 21" aftermarket) is spaced using washers. But what concerns me in that the caliper is spaced to the rotor, about 3/8". The wheel is centered properly, so I'm assuming I need to get/make a 3/8" spacer for the rotor in order to get the proper spacing. I'm going to get the proper spacers made for the wheel as well. I've heard different schools of thought on what is OK to do when spacing wheels so I thought I'd check here.

Is the wheel centered to the hub?

Yes it is, I think the hub was the wrong size and to compensate the previous owner spaced out the caliper. It's cheaper than having a spacer made or buying one. I'm assuming this from the way the wheel was spaced with washers instead of using proper spacers.

Yeah, some wheel manufacturers don't make wheels with hubs for mid-glide dyna's so people use the narrow glide wheels and have to space either the rotor or the caliper. If the wheel is centered you shouldn't need spacers for it but just the 3/8" spacer for the rotor. https://www.ebay.com/i/162834996884?...hoCZkAQAvD_BwE

Thanks Jay! That's the exact one I purchased. I just wanted to confirm, from someone else that it'll work.
