I've ordered a number of things from them through their Ebay store and have always received them within a few days at most. Never had a problem and it's always been well packaged and shipped UPS too. [sm=smiley20.gif]
I also believe Eastern Performance actually has the item in stock that they are listing in their store on Ebay, unlike some other Ebay sellers that list items they don't physically have..and then have the manufacturer drop ship them to you (a week or more later sometimes).
I've had success with them on several orders. They answer email questions and tend to ship on a timely basis. On one order, I paid for expedited shipping so I could have my parts in time for a road trip. They charged me for the extra shipping and then shipped the parts UPS ground. After a dozen phone calls, the never resolved the issue, refunded the money or applied the difference to a subsequent order.
One member here got totally screwed by them when they shipped him a set of used and damaged Progressive shocks, then refused to accept responsibility.
My experiences in the phisical store have not been pleasant.
Another poster received used, bent shocks from them which they would not return/refund.
They are fine as long as you don't need any help and never want to return. Then the hick mentaltiy kick in. They get really defensive and take everything as a personal affront. The concept of keeping a customer by just cheerfully exchanging/ refunding is beyond them.
Thanks guys, I ordered the V&H sideshots. The price seems too good to be true. I'll be pumped when they get to me. All the feedback was great I'll post pics when I can figure out how to zip tie and super glue them on.
