11/16 and 15mm masters are cheap and easy to get. Got mine off of an IG trader site for $40
You can (and many people do) use the stock 11.5 rotors with the Bagger calipers. There will be overhang and it looks kinda weird but technically itll work. That being said 11.8s are readily available and pretty cheap if youre a good shopper (I found a pair of polished 11.8 on Amazon along with a matching 11.5 rear for $120 on prime. If youre gonna do it, may as well do it right.

Moving to 11.8 rotors (from 11.5) on your 2001 (2000-05 Dyna) while adding the Bagger Brembo Cals "Works", but 06-later Dynas already have 11.8"... 06-later Dynas moved the Caliper Mounts on the slider instead and used the same Caliper to be able to use the 11.8". So One would have to use an approx 12.1" rotor to achieve the same results (Try find one of those to bolt to a Harley Hub )
Also If someone used the 15mm Brembo master, they might want to get the Clutch Side (lever / perch) also so the Levers would "Match"
