What is this sensor??
Is it possible to solder the wire back on? I'd hate to replace the complete harness.
Thanks.
May actually be faster to replace.
You will possibly see it described as dual wall heat shrink.

If it is an oil pressure switch CONNECTOR then it might be a $10 USA dollar part or less and not worth initiating a repair.
Some sensors have a threaded bolt and your wire end can have a ring crimped and then be bolted on while others have a connector and would require splicing a simple one wire connector to your wire shown.
A good auto part like a NAPA should have part in stock.
A lawn mower/generator shop should have a similar boot.
Perhaps disconnect rubber "L" boot from sensor and take a picture of actual sensor head.
Then go to auto part with picture and rubber boot.
A simple splice and marine grade heat shrink wrap should get that repair done.
From a distance it looks like wire was exposed to vibration with no support, high heat and possible rubbing.
There are some pig tails sold to connect to threaded sensors online too.
A parts link like this one might allow you to identify part names in the future.

Would still recommend heat shrink over the entire crimp + dielectric grease on the mechanical connection.
