So I’ve been searching everywhere I can think of online and I cannot find stock fat bob triple trees. Looking to do the swap on my wide glide. Does anyone out there have any clue where to find a set- new or used?
If you have the budget, any dealership can order them new.
If not in the budget gotta be patient and scour the salvage yards, classifieds, and eBay. May tale months to find just what you want. Be flexible/broad with search terms and set up multiple alerts. Took me over a year to find a specific brake pedal I wanted...

i can only imagine how much the parts would be from the dealer. That’s good advice though, to set up some alerts. I’ll have to practice some patience and keep looking.
I just used Ronnies HD and the 2012 96" as easy examples. Dealer prices are fairly flexible but Surdyke tends to be close to the cheapest among the online dealers. I just hate their website. Honestly, though, whenever I need a part from a dealer I tend to use one of my locals. The closest one to me is old school, small, rural, family owned, and I feel good supporting them. They have very little "lifestyle" merch and lots of parts in dusty bins. The big, shiny, new joint in the big town further down the road is over-priced and focuses heavily on new bike sales and lifestyle merch. The parts guys there are clueless and they tend to have to order much beyond PM service items.
