You shouldn’t put your heel on the pipe. I know now what caused the problem, but thanks anyways.
Hmmm vibrations started after swapping to a taller shock. That should have been a clue. Running smaller than a 26t front sprocket with shocks taller than 13.5 causes chain interference. But what do I know, I'm just a high beam driving neanderthal.

Yes you are, and no, you’re wrong. It’s fixed a while ago and the front sprocket and shocks had nothing to do with it Stop lurking around like a creep.

Ok bud! We'll see what your inner primary cover has to say about that. Enjoy!!!
"When swapping an 06 and up Dyna over to a chain drive, in most cases during riding, the chain will contact the passenger peg mount, and some the inner primary as well. This will cause a groove to be worn in the aluminum peg mount, premature chain wear and some funny noises from time to time. With our chain slider in place, the chain will contact the delrin block instead of your aluminum parts when your suspension is in rebound. The block attaches with the included powdercoated steel bracket to the front bolt of the passenger peg mounting bracket." Now mind you, this is written pertaining to STOCK HEIGHT shocks.
Now if you head on over to the Trackerdie site they will tell you running smaller than a 25t front with 13.5's or 26t front with 14+ will still cause chain interference EVEN with the bungking slider.
So I mean, since two of the big names in Harley aftermarket scene state that, then they must have not done their homework either...

Give it a rest would you? Lol! I don’t have the problem you’re talking about. I have plenty of space in the inner primary and I have been riding with this gearing for almost 3 years. Find something else to waste your time on, because I will. Damn, what a annoying dude
