It wouldn't be simple. The slider/reaction block on the swingarm is completely different.
Not what you asked, but another alternative.... I switched to a Wilwood GP310 and matching bracket. Works great. Fixed/monoblock caliper and the reaction block can be locked down with a set screw after adjusting drive belt tension and wheel alignment.
