Looks like denial-of-service protection. H-D's website/content-delivery-provider Akamai is blocking your IP address due to bad behaviour being detected. Could be a result of other users on your internet provider / IP address range. Maybe you have some malware on your PC.

Thanks for the reply. Looks like my IP is on one of about 70 blacklists. Apparently, I have to get Harley Davidson to ask that I be removed. Of course, if I could look at their web sire, I could maybe figure out how to contact their IT department... Catch 22!
Malwarebytes says I'm clean...
Interesting side note: The airvpn web site uses Lowes as an example client. I have no issues accessing Lowes.com...

OK, I'm not sure this is the problem. I was able to access the web site from my phone using firefox. When I used the same firefox session to access "whatismyipaddress, it reported the same address as my laptop, as I expected.
So, then, I tried my laptop, using Edge and got in, so I'm guessing it's an issue with Firefox, limited to the laptop version.
Any comments, or other ideas?

Have you rebooted your computer since this issue first appeared? If so then try uninstalling Firefox and reinstall. I use ccleaner, to resolve issues in the registry. What version of Windows are you running?

Here is what worked for me:
- Open your browser and tap the Ctrl + H keys on your keyboard.
- After that, look for the listing of the website from your browser history and right click on it.
- Then select the “Forget about this site” option. This will get rid of all the data such as browsing history, cache, cookies and password. Thus, if you have a password saved or other important data of the website, you have to save it first before you tap the Ctrl + H keys.
We now return you to our regularly scheduled programming.
